Human Resource Managers should have HR generalist knowledge, and be versed in the areas of benefits, workforce planning, recruitment and staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, associate and labor relations, workforce training and development, employee counseling and local diversity initiatives. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run a human resource office in the Director's absence.
