Description:
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Manager - Grand Club should be a person who enjoys takingextra miles to ensure the highest guest satisfaction, enjoys standing out in the crowd and maintaining excellent relationship with all internal and external guests. Someone who takes on the challenges of the ever-changing business scenario and assist guests by offering personalized service consistent with the Hyatt brand promises. Multi-skill / multi-tasking is vital.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. · Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
