This position is for Group Sales Manager – Major Market. Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is part of the new McCormick Square neighborhood, a booming destination in Chicago with 2 new hotels and a 10,000 seat arena under construction. The position is an exciting opportunity to join our team, which last year had the highest revenue increase year-over-year and was second highest percent to quota in all of Hyatt full-service hotels.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Prefer completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training
  • Prefer selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training
