Hyatt Learning Manager - LOCAL in AMMAN, Jordan
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s strategic priorities and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Learning Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division .
* Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. * Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in larger operation. * Good presentation, administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills are a must.
* Excellent command of English Language.
